K-12 REGISTRATION FORM
All wrestlers in our program must officially register - Youth Boys and Girls, Junior High and High School.

Jr High & High School Registration closes 11/17/2026.

Youth Registration closes 11/01/2026.
Please plan on attending a parent meeting on either 10/27/26 at 6pm at the MountainView Middle School OR 11/02/26 at 6pm at the CV High School for all youth parents participating in the 2026/2027 wrestling season. Practices are slated to begin November 9th. We will send out practice groups/times/locations at the beginning of November. Wrestlers will practice 2 times a week.

Youth boys and girls registration is $100. This will include some tournaments. A current CV Singlet ($52) OR Two-Piece uniform($78) is required . These must be purchased through our Uniform Store no later than 11/1/25. All wrestlers must have a current USA Wrestling Card. A screenshot of your card will be required during registration.
